Piano Restoration

If your family heirloom or historically valuable instrument is in poor condition, rebuilding is often desired over purchasing a new piano. However, the decision to rebuild is not always easy. Some pianos have deteriorated so much they need to be completely rebuilt in order to restore their musical integrity. On the other hand, others simply need a little TLC in order to return them to their original condition. Regardless, both pianos need special attention in order to preserve their historical integrity.

Whatever your needs, The Piano Man, LLC is committed to giving you the information you need to make an educated and informed decision. We can provide you with an estimate for everything from simple repairs to complete rebuilding, and are committed to giving your piano the care it needs to sing the melodies fit for a musical instrument.

Rebuild or Repair?

We receive many calls from clients who believe their piano is in need of being rebuilt. Once we inspect the piano, they are often encouraged to hear that their piano does not need a full restoration; it will only need an action rebuild or larger repairs done. At The Piano Man we are able to care for everything from simple repairs to complete rebuilding.

If you are unsure of what your piano needs, the first thing we would advise you to do is give us a call and explain your piano's condition as best you can. More than likely we can tell over the phone whether or

not your piano will need a repair or complete rebuilding. If further examination is needed, we are happy to come out and take a look at your piano. We will then provide you with a very detailed and informative estimate that will help you discover the best course of action for your piano.
